With a size of 30 by 40 feet, the music room is the largest space on the property, complete with an exquisite celestial and sunset painted ceiling, created by the talented muralist, Polly Stark. With excellent acoustics, a grand fireplace, and enough space to accommodate up to 100 guests, it’s no wonder that celebrated opera singers and the Youth Orchestra Symphony have graced the room’s stage. Beyond the Music Room lies a large billiards room complete with its own private patio, wet bar, four toilet stalls, and a fully equipped commercial kitchen. The Music Room and the adjacent billiards room provide the perfect setting for elegant and sophisticated entertainment.

Just in front of the Music Room, you’re struck by a medieval tower that takes you back in time to a world of knights and dragons. This solid stone structure is modeled after British castles and oozes a charm that is hard to resist. The tower’s first floor features a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, and kitchenette, while the second floor boasts a spacious bedroom with a four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Leaded glass windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens, adding to the tower’s romantic ambiance. From the tower, a path leads to the main house. The focal point is a Roman-inspired courtyard with a fountain pool featuring faces of the four seasons. The courtyard provides access to a roof terrace with covered seating in the style of the ancient Roman temple of Hercules, providing a peaceful spot to view beautiful sunsets.

The main house boasts exceptional architectural and interior design, featuring a wood-paneled Tudor living room with a cozy fireplace, a spacious master bedroom with his and her closets and an ensuite bathroom. The house also features a media room, wood-paneled library, and other guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and unique theme.

Enjoy entertaining guests in the dining hall. The north wall displays a replica cantera frieze from a Roman temple dedicated to Mars, while the south wall showcases a large fireplace and a rosette window similar to those found in iconic French churches.
